| Description | These are mainly images /icons of Hindu gods and goddesses, some in bronze or copper, and others in granite or other stone. Some of the images are scanned from the slides in the Slide Library of the Art Department and some are linked directly to the images in the ArtStor. In addition to using them to teach about the Hindu religion and its gods, Professor Indira Peterson has used these images in all of her Indian culture and literature courses. Actually she has used them in almost every class. |
